Cosy apartment with free parking just next door to beach, all the other restaurants, and the center. Central location, separate bedroom. Btw, located in a quiet area. Loved views of the sea and the beach and exceptionally comfortable beds...

Our stay at Assano Seafront Luxury was absolutely amazing. The location of the villa was excellent, with a beautiful beach right outside. The apartment was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The terrace overlooking the sea and neighboring gardens was a highlight. The private beach was just 20m away and the water was stunning. We also appreciated the daily cleaning service and the helpfulness of the host, Makis. I highly recommend this hotel.

I always stay at this fantastic place in Nikiti. It has all I need: Wi-Fi, kitchen stuff, AC, TV, and a lift. Staff even helped me with late departure. Perfect for my business trips. No regrets!

It was very comfortable in general: soundproof room, wonderful location right by main beaches, all locations, even on the beach and Sonias House. Staff were very amiable and service-oriented. There was a walk-in shower. The building was lovely. Food for breakfast was fab.

The hotel had amazing views of the ocean from our room's balcony, which was perfect for enjoying the sunrise and sunset. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for our city trip. the location was also ideal, with the beach just a few steps away and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. We particularly enjoyed the private beach access and the clean water, making it a great place for relaxation.
One drawback was the shower cabin, which was a bit small and cramped. the faucets in the bathroom were old and noisy, which was a bit inconvenient.

I loved eating meals at the café-restaurant, especially the beach bar. The nearby beach was so well organized, I didn't even have to lift a finger to set up my umbrella and sun lounger. It was like having my own personal sunbathing butler.
Oh, and the best part? No pets or service animals allowed.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a luxurious hotel by the beach. the location was perfect, as it was just a few steps away from the mesmerizing, sandy beach. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves crashing and being able to enjoy the beautiful view right from my room. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable. the room itself was spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. the daily room cleaning and towel change added to the overall cleanliness and convenience. the complimentary breakfast was a great start to my day, and the restaurant service was exceptional, offering delicious food options. it was a memorable and enjoyable experience.
The bathroom lacked sufficient storage space for clothes and luggage.

I had a very pleasant stay at a lovely hotel in Nikiti. The premises were beautiful, and I enjoyed having free access to the beach umbrellas and sunbeds. The village itself was charming, with a great selection of restaurants and bars to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
One specific situation that stood out to me was when I had a broken shower screen in my room. Their prompt and efficient assistance made me feel valued as a guest.

I recently stayed at Assano Seafront Luxury for a week with my friends. The hotel's outdoor restaurant overlooking the sea was a fantastic spot for breakfast, which had a great selection of food including fresh orange juice, fruits, and a variety of breads. The rooms were spacious, and we were lucky to have one with a sea view and another with a balcony that offered a peek at the sea. The hotel's private beach just across the quiet street was a convenient and relaxing feature, complete with sun beds and shades. The staff was always supportive and accommodating, and we even received a small bottle of olive oil as a delightful surprise upon check-out.
Totally recommend this hotel.
